Concord City Council Moves Forward With Plans to Develop Former Naval Weapons Station

The Concord City Council unanimously approved negotiations with Concord First Partners early Wednesday morning to develop the former Concord Naval Weapons Station, over the objections of dozens of residents upset over the developers that are involved.
